Solar Water Heater

The design shall strive to reduce the carbon footprint and to comply with environmental requirements, and in order to comply with the solar water heating regulations under the energy act 2006, the building shall be provided with solar water heating systems to preheat the water and backed –up electrical elements.

Cost and operational preference shall be taken into consideration in selecting the hot water generators fuel to be used.
